FREE BONUSES and COUPONS:
Gold Key Casino BONUSES are awarded by means of Coupons. Each coupon has a wagering requirement attached to it that must be fulfilled in order to enable cashing out of the bonus amount.
How to redeem a coupon or bonus:
Example: You receive a coupon code: XXXXX which is worth $25 bonus and requires a minimum deposit of $25.
Login to your Play for Money account and go to the Cashier.
Click on Redeem Coupon, type in the coupon code and click Redeem. It will take a few seconds for the coupon to redeem, then the coupon terms will be displayed in the Cashier window.
Message displayed:
Coupon #XXXXX will be redeemed on your next deposit.
Redeem amount: $25.00
Restrictions: $25.00 minimum deposit, total bets must meet or exceed $500.00
Now all you need to do is make a deposit. Click on the Deposit Money button and select the Deposit Method. As soon as your deposit has been approved your coupon will redeem for you automatically and your Cashier Balance windows will look like this:
Withdrawable Balance: Your cash deposit is shown in your Withdrawable Balance window, which means it can be withdrawn at any time, no restrictions are placed on your personal funds.
Bonus Balance: The $25 coupon you redeemed is shown in the Bonus Balance window. When the wagering requirements are fulfilled your Bonus Balance will be added to your Withdrawable Balance.
Playthrough Balance: The wagering requirements for the coupon are shown here - $500 must be wagered in order to convert your Bonus Balance to Withdrawable Balance. Every time you make a bet the Playthrough Balance will decrease, whether you win, lose or draw on that bet.
Important: If you lose the funds in the Bonus Balance (the coupon you redeemed) then the Playthrough balance will be reset to zero, ready for the next coupon. Please note that only one coupon or bonus may be redeemed at any one time. Once you’re requested a coupon you’ll need to make a qualifying deposit if required otherwise it’ll block other coupons from being redeemed.
