WITHDRAWALS are processed in order of request, maximum wait time is 7 days.
CREDIT CARD: We will try to send your credit card deposits back to your card, however if this is not possible we will send your funds by check instead. In order to do this we will need to have your verification documents on file.
CASHIERS CHECK: Every player is entitled to one FREE check withdrawal per month. Please note that for additional checks issued in the same month a $15 check processing fee will be deducted from your winnings. Normal delivery time is 3 – 10 days.
EXPRESS CHECK: Checks for $1000 or more can be sent by Courier for no extra charge. Please note that PO Boxes aren’t considered valid addresses for this method of delivery, and you must arrange for someone to be at home to sign for delivery. If you request EXPRESS CHECK for less than $1000 the following fees will apply: $30 within US or Canada, $40 elsewhere. Please contact us to confirm method of delivery.
OTHER WITHDRAWALS: NETeller and PrePaidATM withdrawals can only be processed if you’ve already made a deposit by this method. Withdrawals cannot be sent back to NETeller InstaCash.
